Nicci has been training throwing kettlebells around for the last 4 years and hasn’t looked back since. After consistently training to complete her SFG Level I & II, she has put a massive emphasis on spending her time assisting at various workshops with Piers, coaching, and continuing to expand her knowledge. With a hospitality background, Nicci appreciates how important effective training is to improve daily life.
Nicci is currently in training to achieve the Strongfirst Iron Maiden Title.

Matt Aldous has been involved with gym culture for over a decade, joining Queensland Kettlebells when they were operating out of Fortuna Workout Centre in Milton. Matt trained diligently before successfully seeking certification under Pavel at the first Australian StrongFirst kettlebell certification.
Matt has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to education and has completed a variety of courses including Original Strength Foundations 1, multiple kettlebell and barbell related courses, and is currently in the process of certifying as a Functional Movement Expert using the Function Movement Screen.

As a Nurse, Midwife, and Diabetes Educator, Rachel has an extensive background dealing with pregnancy and diabetes. As a mother, and someone who suffers from Type 1 Diabetes, Rachel is familiar with the struggles that come with managing complex life issues while maintaining an active lifestyle. Rachel certified as a StrongFirst Instructor in Perth, in November 2013.
Rachel loves to run, use kettlebells, and spend time with her family, and is currently preparing to help Queensland Kettlebells to launch a morning class that is focused upon helping mums feel great and deal with issues specific to that phase of life.

Jeremy was a part of the only cohort in Australia to receive his StrongFirst certification directly from Pavel Tsatsouline. Dedicated to improvement, Jeremy is constantly questioning the way things are done, and trying to think of new ways to do things that will provide better outcomes, both for himself, and for the peoplhe trains.
Jeremy is currently working with the Iron Tamer, Dave Whitley, as he seeks to master his bent press.

Piers was certified as a hardstyle kettlebell instructor in 2010. He has trained under Pavel Tsatsouline, initially through RKC and now with SFG (StrongFirst Girya). He has trained with Gray Cook and Brett Jones whilst earning his other certifications.
Piers works with people of all walks of life. His clients include office workers, labourers, other personal trainers, and athletes of all standards, including national representatives. Piers' ideal clients are people who want to be strong, move well, and feel great - whatever they do the rest of the time!
Piers is a science teacher by trade and loves the research and study that is an integral part to being the best strength and movement instructor possible. He is always learning and studying the best ways to help each of his clients, enabling him to offer a truly individualised approach to help you reach your goals.
Piers is currently working with Geoff Neupert in order to achieve his goals.
