Our goal is to help people feel greater while having fun. We believe it can start with the most simple, versatile tool in the world: the kettlebell. When used right, the kettlebell can give you a strong back, great work capacity and real strength that you can use for real-world applications.

Our kettlebell workshops are accessible and practical for all, from the seasoned health professional to the beginner eager to discover fitness for the first time, and everyone in between. Personal trainers, coaches, clinicians and anyone looking to learn more. Everyone is welcome.

QKB Foundations Kettlebell Workshop

Saturday, April 6th 2019, 8:00am – 10:00am 

During this workshop, you will work alongside a maximum of 9 other people to learn how to safely and effectively use the kettlebell. At the very least you will gain an understanding of how to do a safe, powerful kettlebell swing and you will learn how to use the goblet squat to open up your hips and strengthen your knees, but because of the personalised nature of every workshop, sometimes, we cover other movements including the Turkish Get Up and Military Press.


Dan John Workshop

A world-renowned strength coach and athlete, Dan John will be coming to Australia and running **ONE WORKSHOP ONLY** and we are extremely excited that it is here in Brisbane. Dan will be covering a variety of different topics and drawing on his 40 years experience as a coach. There will practical components and you will be able to ask questions, discuss training techniques, program ideas and all the rest!

The OS Pressing RESET Workshop is intended for any breathing human being. In this workshop you will learn how the human body (your body) is capable of remembering the way it was created to move.  No matter your age, health, physical condition, as long as you are medically cleared to live your life, this workshop may change your life.


Strongfirst Kettlebell Course

The StrongFirst Kettlebell Course is the most thorough and in-depth kettlebell training you can get in a single day. Developed by Pavel Tsatsouline and taught by some of our most qualified Instructors, it is the eight-hour kettlebell workshop—perfected.

We have identified the fundamentals of kettlebell training and built this Course around them. Students will be taught essential skills, techniques, and principles by a small group of SFG Instructors handpicked for their ability to teach. Students will come away from the Course being able to safely and effectively train with a kettlebell on their own—the StrongFirst way.

The StrongFirst Kettlebell Course is ideal for newcomers to the kettlebell and also those who have been training but want to refine and perfect their technique. In other words, this Course provides a valuable education for people of all levels who want to optimize their training.
