Have you signed up for the StrongFirst Kettlebell certification, and you’re worried that you aren’t going to pass? Are you physically ready, but want to ensure that you are able to get the most out of the event?
The SFG certification preparation group is designed to give you a solid platform for understanding the movements taught at the SFG, so that you can spend your time becoming the best coach you can, instead of just surviving the weekend.
When you enrol in the program, you’ll be learning alongside a likeminded group of people who are working towards the same goal. People who are developing the same skills, pushing through the same struggles and excited about the same things.
As a part of this team, you’ll meet up and review your skills on a monthly basis from February, through until the certification in June. You’ll get access to a KB101, KB201, and KB301, where you’ll see all the movements that will be covered at the certification taught and refined, ensuring that you are both in the best possible shape for the event, as well as having a solid platform to understand what progressions you should use as a coach, and why.
Alongside this, you’ll receive coaching support, and programming from someone who has been a part of teaching the curriculum for over a decade in StrongFirst Certified Team Leader, Piers Kwan.
A good coach with experienced eyes can dramatically shorten the learning curve, significantly increasing your likelihood of success, and significantly decreasing your likelihood of injury. Piers will run each of the review sessions, the workshops, and offer support online every week to each of the participants in the group.
