Rainbow Beach Retreat

It’s official!

We are heading on retreat to Rainbow Beach from Thursday (evening) 1st August to Sunday (mid-morning) 4th of August.

There will be two options for accommodation -

• Option Number 1 ($700) will include all the activities, lunch and dinners, and dormitory style accommodation.

• Option Number 2 ($600) all activities, lunch and dinners, but no accommodation.

Whichever one you choose, you’ll get to hang with a bunch of great people that you probably only get to see down at the gym.

You’ll get some great tuition on kettlebell snatching, the bent press, a bit of kettlebell juggling, and then also spend some time just hanging out playing games, spending time at the beach, and exploring the beautiful nature that surrounds Rainbow Beach.
